1) Choose your Product
Select a product by clicking on the product name. Fill out the product details: project title, quantity, paper, bindery details, etc. and proceed to file upload area to upload your files.
2) Upload files
After you upload the files please click on the Continue button to add the product into the shopping cart. Choose the turnaround time and proceed to checkout.
3) Checkout
Select your payment method and shipping address. Click Continue to review your order. Click on Submit to finish. Your credit card will be charged and we will email you your invoice immediately.
1) Cutoff Time (9am)
The time by which you must submit your artwork and complete your purchase starts the turnaround time clock. If you miss the day’s cutoff, the time you see is for the next business day.
2) Turnaround Time
Turnaround Time is the number of business days it takes to produce and prepare your project for shipping or pickup.
Here’s when the clock starts ticking:
Did you meet the cutoff time? Your project’s Turnaround time starts the same day.
Did you miss the cutoff time? Turnaround time starts the next business day. Projects are shipped on the last day of (or sometimes before) the end of the Turnaround time.
3) Estimated Completion Date
This is the anticipated date to receive your project and is influenced by the cutoff time and turnaround time.
Example:
4 day Estimated Completion Date > Meet cutoff time > 4 day turnaround time.
4 day Estimated Completion Date > Missed cutoff time > 5 day turnaround time.
Certain products or finishing options may add 1-2 business days to the turnaround time. Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) do not count as Business days and do not count toward the turnaround time.
